🕒 7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unwashed
-
In their original condition

Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
⏳ Order Cancellations
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
If the order is not cancelled within this timeframe, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a refund unless it falls under our approved return or damage/issue policy.
This policy allows us to operate efficiently and fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

🌍 International Orders
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
However, if your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may still request a cancellation within the 24-hour cancellation window.
🇺🇸 United States Orders
U.S. orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and has all original tags attached.
📦 Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store@disciplles.com and include photos of the issue.
We will review your case and work to make it right. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
• The order was cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window, or
• The item qualifies for a return under our 14-day return policy, or
• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once a return or refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
