Every order is carefully prepared by our team to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This processing time allows us to verify payment, prepare your order, and package it for shipment.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

United States & United Kingdom
- 6–12 business days
Germany, Netherlands, France & Australia
- 6–10 business days
All Other International Destinations
- 6–12 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order require additional production time before shipping.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for production. Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped according to the estimated delivery times listed above.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Disciples ships every order exactly as the address is entered by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, is lost, or is otherwise unrecoverable by the shipping carrier, Disciples cannot be held responsible for the order and is unable to provide a refund or replacement.
Please note that undeliverable packages sent to an incorrect address do not return to our facility.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been dispatched.
