Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.Simply click the tracking link in the email to stay updated on your order’s journey to you. 

 Pre-Made Items: All pre-made items are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location. Pre-Order Items: Pre-orders require approximately 3 weeks of production before they are fulfilled and shipped. We’ll keep you updated throughout the production process so you know exactly where your order stands. Once production is complete, your order will be fulfilled and sent out for delivery.  

Yes! You can cancel or make changes to your order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled.Simply contact us at store@disciplLes.com as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you’d like to make. Once an order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to it.
