Shipping & Pre-Orders
In-Stock Items
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once fulfilled, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days depending on your location and carrier.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order pieces are produced after the 7-day ordering window has closed.
Once the window ends, production begins and typically takes approximately 3 weeks. Your order will be shipped once your piece is complete.
Each pre-order item is produced according to demand, allowing us to create intentionally and reduce excess production.
Pre-Order Timeline
Please allow approximately:
- 7 days for the pre-order window
- 3 weeks for production
- 8–12 business days for shipping after dispatch
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
Please note: Shipping estimates do not include processing or production time.
Pre-order items are final sale, as each piece is produced based on ordered size preferences.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once this window has passed, your order will move into processing or production. If you would like to request a return after delivery, it will be reviewed according to our return policy.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
To begin a return request, please email store@disciplles.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.
You may also track your shipment through our website using your tracking number.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at store@disciplles.com.
Our team will look into your order and assist you as quickly as possible.
