When will I receive my order?
Orders containing ready-made items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders containing pre-order items require production prior to shipment. Production begins after the pre-order ordering period ends and typically takes 2–4 weeks, after which the order will be shipped.
We appreciate your patience, as pre-order items are produced intentionally and with care.
How long do pre-orders usually take?
Pre-orders typically take 2–3 weeks for production AFTER the pre-order ordering period has ended. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.
If an item is listed as a pre-order, we kindly ask for your patience, as each piece is produced according to demand.
Please note: Pre-order items are final sale, as they are produced based on individual size preferences.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Please note that shipping times do not include production or processing time.
Are all sales final?
All sales are final once processed. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, you must wait until the order is delivered to request a return and refund in accordance with our return policy.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer returns within a 24-hour window of receiving your order.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, which includes a direct link to track your package.
You may also track your order directly through our website using your tracking number.
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please don’t worry.
