🕒 24-Hour Change / Return Policy

You may request a cancellation, change, or return within 24 hours of placing your order or receiving your item.

After the 24-hour window has passed, all sales are final. We are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges beyond this period.

Please take a moment to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.


Order Cancellations

You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.

If the order is not cancelled within this timeframe, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.

This policy allows us to operate efficiently and fulfill orders as quickly as possible.


⚠️ Important Notice (Please Read Carefully)

🌍 International Orders
All international orders are final and cannot be returned.

However, if your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may still request a cancellation within the 24-hour window.

🇺🇸 United States Orders
If your order has already been fulfilled before you request a cancellation, you will need to wait until you receive the item to request a return (within the 24-hour return window after delivery).


📦 Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store@disciplles.com and include photos of the issue.

We will review your case and make it right. Please note that claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.


💳 Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• The order was cancelled within the 24-hour window, or
• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
