If an item is labeled "Pre-Order Item," it requires approximately 3 weeks of production time before shipping.
Please keep this production timeframe in mind when placing your order.
Once production is complete and your order has been shipped, the standard delivery timeframe of 6–12 business days will apply.

We offer a 7-day return period. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, size, or color, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within the 7-day return period. Once the return is approved and processed, you will receive a refund and can place a new order.
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
