If you are located in the United States, you will be asked to return the damaged item to us for a refund or exchange. Our team will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
✦ International Customers:
If you are ordering from outside the United States, we unfortunately cannot accept international returns. Instead, you will receive store credit to use toward a new purchase.
